Freezer Meal Offering

After taking some time off from Nourishing Foundations to move and get settled, I’m happy to report that my kitchen is up and running and I’m getting ready to dive back in! I’m offering an 8-Week Freezer Meal Plan (Week of September 10, 2017 – Week of October 29, 2017).Nourishing Foundations Freezer Meals are designed to be nutritious, delicious and easy to make. Most meals are one pot wonders, which is a tremendous time saver when it comes to prep and clean up. Additionally, these meals come with instructions that accommodate a variety of cooking options: Slow Cooker, Instant Pot or Oven/stove top.

We strive to use high quality ingredients:

  • Grass fed/pastured/non-GMO meats (most of which will be sourced from Butcher Box or Crunchy Farm in NH)
  • Organic vegetables (We follow the “dirty dozen” and “clean 15” approach as a general rule of thumb. Vegetables that are not organic are washed in a water/white vinegar mixture to remove harmful pesticides.)
  • Healthy oils, rich in “good” fats (coconut, olive, avocado etc.)
  • No additives/fillers/hydrogenated oils
  • No processed sugars (when we do use sweeteners, it’s honey or maple syrup)

All Meals Can Be Made to Accommodate the Following Dietary Needs:

  • Paleo
  • Whole 30
  • Vegetarian
  • Dairy Free
  • Sugar Free
  • Gluten Free
  • Soy Free

Meal Options for Freezer Meals
Each week 3 meal options will be offered, 1 from each of the following categories:
1. Meat Lovers
2. Winner, Winner Chicken Dinner
3. Vegetarian/Vegan

Feel free to be a fly on the wall as I experiment with these recipes in my own kitchen. I’d love to see (pictures!) and hear any feedback you have if you try these recipes out yourself!
